1. Acceptance

By accessing Clinic Hub you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform description

Clinic Hub is a directory service connecting patients with independent private pharmacy clinics. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not a healthcare provider.

3. Patient use

Patients may search and browse listings free of charge. You are responsible for verifying clinic credentials and obtaining independent medical advice before booking any treatment.

4. Clinic listings

Clinics must be GPhC-registered or equivalent. Listings must be accurate, up to date and not misleading. Soft Innovation Limited reserves the right to remove any listing that breaches these terms or applicable regulations.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not: post false or misleading information; attempt to circumvent our security measures; scrape or copy content for commercial purposes; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Payments

Subscription fees for clinic listings are processed via Stripe. All fees are stated exclusive of VAT. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Innovation Limited's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
