Flu jab season: what patients should know

Annual flu vaccination is recommended for older adults, pregnant women, carers, and people with certain long-term conditions. Many pharmacies offer both NHS and private appointments.

Book early in autumn where possible. Bring your NHS number if you are eligible for a free NHS jab.
